Upon receipt of payments we will proceed to pick and ship your orders within the next 48hrs. Delivery time is dependent on the mode of delivery selected and at the full discretion of the postal service provider

At Crankly, we carefully inspect all products before shipping. If a product comes with a warranty (as stated in its product description), we fully stand by our promise to you.

For all apparel items, we offer an exchange policy if:

• The tags are still attached,

• The product is not damaged or altered,

• And the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

To make a warranty or exchange request, please email us with details and photos (if needed). Once approved, we’ll provide the address where you can return the item.

Please note: Crankly may reject claims if the returned item is not in the same condition as described in the original request.
